The 8th District of Philadelphia is being terrorized by someone who is stealing their Christmas Cookies. These two undercover cops, who just happen to have the same last name, have been given the responsibility of cracking this case. After a tragedy in the police force, 2N, the veteran cop, doesn't know if he will be able to go through with the case. With the eyes and ears of 1N, the rookie cop, will they be able to crack the case?
